pH PRECISE Neutral Controller buffers freshwater aquariums at pH 7.0 to provide a very stable pH. It adjusts the pH to neutral from either a higher or a lower pH. It softens the water and provides a conditioned environment for sensitive fish. Neutral Controller can be mixed with Low Range Controller to provide any pH between 6.0 and 7.0!
